This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid Yogani sessions, webinars, events, programmes, digital resources, personalised meditations, and other paid offerings unless a specific offer page states different terms.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
For private sessions:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be moved to another available date where possible
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in the session being forfeited
Failure to attend a booked session may result in no refund being issued
For paid webinars, events, or programmes, cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the start date may qualify for a refund, less any reasonable payment processing or administrative costs already incurred.
Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the start date may be handled at Yogani’s discretion and may result in:
A credit toward a future Yogani offering
A transfer to another available date
A partial refund, where appropriate
No refund, where preparation, access, or costs have already been incurred
No refunds are usually provided for missed webinars, missed events, missed sessions, or non-attendance where access details were correctly supplied.
For digital resources, downloadable materials, recordings, and personalised meditation files, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, the file has been delivered, or personalised work has begun.
This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, unavailable, or materially different from what was described.
If Yogani cancels a session, webinar, event, or programme, you will be offered one of the following options where appropriate:
A rescheduled date
A credit toward a future Yogani offering
A refund
Where a transaction qualifies for a statutory cooling-off period, cancellation right, or refund right under South African law, Yogani will honour those rights.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, POPIA, or any other applicable South African law.
